1) Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Work with managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Support the development and improvement of talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
2) Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and workshops that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Work with managers to identify training needs and ensure learning opportunities align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
3) Organization Development:
- Support the implementation of OD strategies such as restructuring, job redesign, and process improvement.
- Assist in organizational assessments, surveys, and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement in organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
4) Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the design and execution of employee recognition programs.
- Support HR initiative aimed at improving employee retention and reducing turnover.
5) HR Data & Reporting:
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems accurately.
- Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, training effectiveness, etc.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6) Other Responsibilities:
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
