Material Planning Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish, analyze, implement and optimize the material control system;
2. Develop material plans based on the FCST and production plan issued by CS, purchase main materials, outsourcing, components, connectors, pallets, etc. according to order requirements, and prepare materials in advance in the special material market;
3. Purchase safety stock materials according to the established safety stock quantity;
4. Follow up on purchase orders, supply production materials in a timely and appropriate amount, and control material consumption;
5. Take relevant necessary measures to support production emergencies (emergency material calls, emergency borrowing, etc.);
6. Reasonably control the inventory of material warehouses, speed up the material turnover frequency, and improve the material capital turnover speed;
7. Analysis and processing of expired and stagnant materials;
8. Establish, maintain and update safety stock material system data;
9. Cooperate with the Finance Department to control costs;
10. Provide material information support to relevant departments;
11. Promote and implement the company's management system;
12. Execute the specific requirements of 5S in the work environment area;
13. Complete tasks assigned by department manager and deputy manager, and be responsible to them.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
- More than one year of experience in the circuit board or substrate industry, familiar with the relevant material information of the industry
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in computer use and good English or Chinese skills
- Familiar with ERP system.
