Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Specialist (Metal) to focus on acquiring industrial scrap metal from factories and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of the metal market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers. This role involves identifying sourcing opportunities, negotiating competitive prices, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. Fluent English communication is essential to coordinate.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify and develop relationships with industrial facilities, factories, and suppliers that produce scrap metal as byproducts of their operations.
2.Regularly visit suppliers to evaluate the quality of scrap metal and build strong business relationships.
3.Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and pricing in the metal and scrap industry.
4.Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions that meet the company's cost and quality requirements.
5.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of scrap metal.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or sales, ideally in the metal industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Good in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with scrap metal markets and industry trends is preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently to visit suppliers and industrial sites (Have Diving license).
