รายละเอียดงาน- Monitoring and Control Customer Quality Performance to achieve Customer quality Target.
- Handle customers complain and support when customer request. Containment action 8D System Analysis and report the customer complaint Problem history.
- Follow up and close all quality issue.
- Plan and manage QA&QC resources to support production schedule.
- Control and improve working performance of subordinates.
- Maintain and ensure consistency of auditing and inspection following the established Process Control Plan and Acceptance Sampling Plan on the shop floor.
- Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerning departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers.
Provide support for handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing.
- Provide support for activities of Quality Management System.
- Encourage and motivate subordinates to participate the established continuous improvement projects
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor degree graduated with major in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years in QA/QC with steel or Automotive industry.
- Able to speak English or Japanese would be a plus.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, internal audit experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality core tools (FMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- Have skill for Problem Solving, 8D, 5 Why.
- Have negotiation skill with any level inside the company, customer, and outsider.
- Have leadership skill, Direction/Coaching tools, team motivation.
