Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers including acquisition of new distributors to expand the distribution network. Developing retail channel customers, also responsible for expanding HRC channel customers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to distributors. Responsible for customer visits, business reviews, new product recommendations, resolving customer issues, and logistics tracking. Set sales targets and monitor distributor performance to achieve these targets. Develop distribution strategies that align with company goals. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Manage logistics costs and optimize distribution processes for cost-effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in distribution management, sales, or a related role.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in the frozen/refrigerated sector or bakery sales, dry food sales, and at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
The role may require travel to meet with distributors and clients.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent issues.
Proficiency in English as a working language is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
