รายละเอียดงาน
•Provide leadership to construction parties by leading, managing, training, and motivating all parties to ensure project will be quality build out within timeline, and happiness workplace.
•Develop comprehensive MEP design plans, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, considering project requirements and specifications.
•Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into overall building plans.
•Lead and manage MEP aspects of projects from conception to completion.
•Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensuring of delivering responsible project by targeted timeline.
•Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and resolve technical issues.
•Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems.
•Collaborate with construction teams to address design-related challenges during the construction phase.
•Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for MEP components of projects.
•Manages, controls, and verifies all variation orders.
•Summarize, and analyst budgeting report
•Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai national only
- Bachelor's degree in MEP engineering, Mechanical or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is Preferred / Desired.
- Proven experience in MEP engineering at least 3-5 years with on-site construction.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
