• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, budget, and equipment, to meet project requirements and timelines. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness. • Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the planning team, promoting teamwork and professional development. • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform planning strategies and ensure compliance. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 38-48 years
  2. Female / Male
  3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  4. At least 10 years working experience in Production Planning / Materials Planning in electronics, home appliance manufacturing.
  5. At least 3 years management experience has subordinate under control as Assistant - Manager level.
  6. Advance conversation high in English level. (To communicated with global team)
  7. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
  8. Experience and solid understanding of working in a diverse and global organization.
  9. Planning Manager in the HVAC industry (HVAC = Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is preferable.
  10. Interpersonal, self-confidence and enthusiasm are preferable.
  11. TOEIC 700 + score is preferable.
