- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Resolve customer issues, including order tracking, complaints, and service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Assist with translations or language support for other teams as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written), and good proficiency in Thai or English.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 6 month of experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role.
- Open for Thai nationality who have ability to understand the Vietnamese
