主要职责：
前往各大旅游景点和酒店进行短视频拍摄与创作，并参与营销素材的脚本构思与内容撰写。
企划与执行与旅游相关的短视频主题，具备创意与对趋势的敏感度，以了解观众偏好并提升观看量。
研究旅游与视频制作行业的趋势，规划短视频的变现策略，并确保与市场需求相符。
收集市场数据，分析旅游和视频制作行业的发展动态。
高效处理影片剪辑、特效、字幕、音效与配乐等工作。
独立完成影片剪辑任务，协助拍摄及脚本构思，特别是在旅游景点和酒店的拍摄项目中。
能够前往不同的旅游景点、酒店及目的地进行拍摄，并创作符合公司需求的内容。
具备较强的自律能力，按时完成交办任务，独立工作并适应变化。
拥有良好的沟通与协作能力，能够与团队及合作伙伴进行高效的沟通与合作。
具备中文沟通能力。
Main Responsibilities:
Travel to various tourist attractions and hotels for shooting and creating short videos, participating in the conceptualization and writing of marketing material scripts.
Plan and execute short video themes related to tourism, demonstrating creativity and trend sensitivity to understand audience preferences and increase viewership.
Research trends in the tourism and video production industries, developing monetization strategies for short videos to ensure alignment with market demands.
Collect market data and analyze the development dynamics of the tourism and video production industries.
Efficiently handle video editing, special effects, subtitles, sound effects, and music.
Independently complete video editing tasks and assist with shooting and script development, particularly for projects at tourist attractions and hotels.
Able to travel to various tourist destinations, hotels, and locations for shooting, creating content that meets the company's requirements.
