1.Define the Continuous Improvement implementation strategy, tools, resource requirements and performance metrics
2.To develop in-house training on CI tools and methodologies for employees
3.o provide technical expertise to plant on statistics, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, Kanban methodology, tools, and practices
4.Support the bottom-up improvement dynamic and promote the good practices sharing at site level.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
- Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, 5S methodology – Able to design and implement a framework of continuous improvement
- Minimum 4 years proven Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
- Good command of English
- Working Day Mon - Sat 8.00 - 17.00
