รายละเอียดงาน𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
- Maximizes occupancy and average rate at all time.
- Closely coordinates room availability with the Director of Sales, Reservations, in-house Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure that there is a maximum number of rooms available for sales at a given time.
- Maintains a good relationship with guests, travel agents, tour operators and staffs.
- Ensures high standards of service at all time and handles guest complaints professionally.
- Reviews arrival lists and analyses revenue and expenses results monthly.
- Pre-set the VIP guests and makes decisions regarding over-booking based on the hotel policies, observes, analyses competitive hotels and participates in yearly forecasting and budgeting with senior management.
- Prepare reports as required and reports to the senior management regarding unusual events (revenue, occupancy and guest complaints).
- Supports and determines training programs, holds monthly, staff meetings, works with Training Manager to have an active ongoing training plan in progress.
- Closely coordinates room availability with the Director of Sales, Reservation Agent, in-house Engineering and Housekeeping to assist the control of opened-closed dates, availability, condition of rooms. Ensure that there is a maximum number of rooms available for sales at a given time and guest arrival patterns.
- Monitors credit policies and audits daily credit report on guest rooms where needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
