รายละเอียดงานManage and monitor projects implementation in Thailand
Identify and analyze customer expectations for each assigned project and act as the company's point of contact for the customer
Serves as the project manager, leading the site implementation team to satisfactorily deploy the project and meeting business deliverables
Providing and delivering clear project documentation in line with the company’s methodology
Provide timely communications and presentation/documentation to the customer and to update project status to the management
Managing the customer acceptance process by providing tracking and feedback as required
Ensures good and motivating working conditions for all project participants
Closing and handing over the project to the Incident Support Services team so that regular maintenance operations can take place inside the agreed SLA
Occasionally participate in the bidding and tendering processes as well as site survey
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Three Years Experience or more
- Education in IT or Engineering (bachelor/master level
- Experience of working at operational level with good understanding of the overall picture
- Experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken, excellent communication skills
- Experience of Hospital IT Projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, Cardiology
- PACS, Digital Pathology and Imaging Software would be an advantage
- Clear driving license and flexibility to travel when needed
- Ability to engage at management level
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong team-player as well as team -leader with high integrity and ability to inspire confidence and build trust within the project team and with the customers
- PRINCE2 / PMP or other certifications preferable
