Production Control
Control production to meet the planned quantity and deliver on time.
Monitor the production process and the performance of employees to work efficiently.
Provide advice and solve on-site problems for employees in the Production Department.
Coordinate with relevant departments involved in planning design, store, purchase and transport to ensure production according to plan.
Control the company's costs, quality, waste and system standards.
Improvement and Development of Work Efficiency
Improve productivity and work efficiency to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Collaborate with the Process Improvement team to bring new innovations to improve the production process.
Collaborate with the Quality team to prepare production quality standards to reduce defects in the production process.
Develop a skill development plan for production staff to have knowledge and expertise according to the standards set by
Monday – Friday, 7:40-16:40 hrs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education Background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Production line Management
- Experience in the Automobile industry or small electronics parts factory
- Good command of English for conversation or TOEIC 750 is plus
