- Gathering insights of the current processes under fixed Broadband operations team to identified issues or action for improvements and recommended solutions or new processes.
- Evaluating current processes in Fixed Broadband operations and identifying potential areas for automation transition and improvements.
- Implement recommended solutions/processes approved by management as a project manager role.
- Recommended automation requirements to improve Fixed broadband operation
- Training and coaching staff members under the change implements.
- Collaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effective.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- BSc./Graduate in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Sciences or related Fields.
- Familiar with Fixed Broadband Technology, Fixed Network Engineering or Operations.
- Strong awareness with Machine Learning Software and Data Analytics tools such as python, pytorch, Numby, SQL Language, Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Proficiency in SQL Language and Data analytic tool such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
- People skills.
- Team working.
- Good communication in Thai/English.
