Warehouse and Transport Senior Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
Warehouse Lead (all warehouses i.e. FG, RM/PM, Silo, Premix)
1. Monitor daily warehouse-related activities, ensuring correctly followed workflow and accurate output.
2. Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations within standard safety regulations.
3. Review regularly the warehouse workflow and other warehouse-related activities.
4. Setup workflow and system improvements as needed.
5. Implement warehouse physical improvements as needed.
6. Lead performance reviews of suppliers.
7. Ensure 100% inventory and location accuracy in all warehouses (Physical vs. System)
8. Manage overall warehouse space and utilization.
9. Investigate for root cause and identify correction solution and preventive action plan
(if there is any Non-comformity)
Transport Lead
1. Monitor daily transport-related activities, ensuring OTIF (on-time and in-full) delivery to customers.
2. Ensure daily deliveries are at least cost and optimal routing.
3. Conduct regular review of distribution network and implement cost savings on deliveries.
4. Lead performance reviews of suppliers.
5. Ensure cost efficient in deliveries of domestic customers and in uploading/unloading.
WH/TP Lead and Team Management
1. Review roles, delegate tasks accordingly, and ensure people-job competence match.
2. Plan and/or conduct trainings/ coaching as needed.
3. Review WH/TP work load management.
4. Standardize and continuously improve WH/TP activities.
5. Conduct WH/TP-related strategic planning for the department.
6. Lead WH/TP-related review and problem solving with other departments in the plant.
7. Provide feedback and other necessary reports.
8. Follow the GMP system and FSSC requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field related to Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
- 3 - 5 years experience in Warehouse and/or Transport.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office software. Preferably knowledgeable in use of SAP.
- Can communicate well in Thai and fairly in English (written & spoken).
- Knowledge in Warehousing, Logistics and Transport documents.
