รายละเอียดงาน
1/ Manage and optimize the brand's official accounts on major social platforms in Thailand,including but not limited to TikTok, IG,and Facebook;
2/ Based on business development and brand objectives, proficiently develop and implement social media communication strategies to enhance the visibility and influence of social media content;
3/ Plan and execute hot social media topics and marketing campaigns, complete topic selection and writing, and be responsible for the quality of published content and the growth of key social media metrics;
4/ Manage the new media team, independently achieve project communication goals according to business requirements, and continuously deepen the communication effects, enhancing user interaction and favorability;
5/ Monitor market conditions and channel dynamics, analyze competitor activities, and adjust communication strategies in a timely manner.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female 25 years up
- At least 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, including at least 1 year of team management experience;
- Experience with successful social media exposure, hype, and communication cases;
- Familiarity with the operational rules and gameplay of various social media platforms; in-depth understanding of local user behavior, familiar with and attentive to various promotion channels and operational models, such as local media, communities, hot events, etc.;
- Possess excellent creative thinking and content planning abilities, adept at capturing market hotspots;
- Active, self-driven, proactive, and high aesthetic sensibility;
- Strong team leadership and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in social media content operations on platforms, social media copywriting in advertising agencies, or experience in social media content planning within the brand marketing department are preferred.
