รายละเอียดงาน•Get requirements from various stakeholders (Internal/External) then work closely with Operations and another team to identify robustness processes for customers.
•Maintain / Develop good relationships with stakeholders both Internal / External.
•Identify improvement potential within transport team and discuss improvement opportunities with related teams, especially system team. Create and maintain an improvement opportunities project.
•Prepare data and network for analyzing current AS-IS data and TO-BE solution (either in physical process, or SAP/TMS process)
•Support day-to-day operations for TMS troubleshooting and solving problems with Head Office’s TMS team.
•Maintain SAP/TMS processes such as SAP/TMS Master file and system information validation. Develop and apply TMS benefits to implementation.
•Responsible for transport process management, document control as well as standardized processes across all transport business such as SOP / WI / Policy together with another team.
•Report Daily / weekly / monthly performance of SAP/TMS system.
•Other tasks be assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics engineering, logistics management, business management, or similar.
- 0-3 years’ experience in provision of third-party logistics services
- Basic understanding of SAP/TMS (Transport Management System) interfacing mechanism and knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Good working knowledge of computer skills especially Excel/Powerpoint skills (Able to conduct a dashboard with Excel/Power BI is a plus)
- Report and procedure writing skills.
