รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment involved in the PCB production process to ensure efficient operation and alignment with production goals.
- Develop preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance strategies to extend machinery lifespan and minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and control the maintenance budget while analyzing cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure prompt and effective handling of any issues that arise.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, as well as supplier management, to ensure parts availability.
- Develop the maintenance team through training and skills development, ensuring maximum team efficiency.
- Prepare reports on the root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Ensure operations comply with safety standards and foster a safety-oriented workplace culture.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8-10 years of maintenance experience in the PCB industry or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of machinery systems in PCB production and maintenance techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Ability to manage budgets and plan long-term maintenance strategies.
- Experience with ISO standards or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is preferred.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred especially.
