As an Operations and Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring shipments and addressing any problems related to pickups and deliveries. - Providing training to drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers on system usage, as well as helping them troubleshoot ongoing issues. - Handling and managing necessary documentation. - Work schedule: 6 days per week, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
Basic understanding of logistics systems and tracking tools is advantageous.
Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong English and Thai language written and verbal skills
Experience with email, Microsoft Word and strong skill in Excel.
