Reporting to the Section Manager, leading and inspiring a team with responsibilities including Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Costs and Continuous Improvement. Supervisor Gate Keeper-GTIN compliance will oversee testing area for new product and maintain Item master data up to date. He/she will be in contact with several internal customers (Good receive, Supply Chain development) and external customers (Suppliers) The incumbent will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to over 130 stores in a fast-moving environment, controlling costs, together with supporting change initiatives to further improve performance in all key result areas 1.To develop, manage and coach a team of frontline employees, inspiring them to deliver above target results in the areas of Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Costs, People Engagement and Continuous Improvement 2.Lead team in the areas of Goods Receipt/Inbound, GTIN testing loop area to ensure they perform to an acceptable standard in accordance with site quality, GDP, hygiene, housekeeping standards and Health and safety requirements 3.To coordinate incoming planning between suppliers and GR teams according to Gate keeper and Supply Chain development team. 4.Fully buy in and follow all the principles of the All Star Program, leading by example to ensure the team is fully engaged with the system, and the culture is ingrained into the organization 5.Support Continuous Improvement activities, working closely with the various site functional teams, to continuously improve performance in all areas 6.To create presentations, reports, and Dashboards for management 8.When the direct manager is on leave or away from the work place, effectively take over the responsibilities of the direct manager 9.Ensure the continued professional development of your area of responsibility investigation team, to include the identification of suitable individuals in longer-term succession planning.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics or a related discipline
•Minimum 3 years of experience within a DC or warehouse, with 2 years at a Supervisor Level
•Leading a team greater than 10 staff within a fast moving, high volume and complex environment with a strong customer service and cost improvement bias
•Excellent leadership skills and a ‘hands on’ inspirational management style, results-driven, communicative and highly numerate
•A passion for continuous improvement and a high level of customer orientation and understanding
Proven problem solving and project management skills
•Ability to manage large database
•Capacity to generate presentation report to management
•Able to work flexible hours with an open minded and positive attitude
•Enjoy working as part of a committed, flexible team, and taking pride in everything you do
•Have experience in Fulfillment
