รายละเอียดงาน
Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
•Complying with the company safety rules and policies.
•Reviewing 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
•Setup tooling/machine for test cut during the trial process until achieving the first-article parts.
•Making improvements to the setup process, improving efficiency and output - reducing setup time, and reducing setup scrap.
•Monitoring all programs to ensure they follow blueprint instructions and safely complete the task.
•Following up on corrective actions on Quality Issues, Processes & Design functions.
•Working with the production team and quality team to ensure all customers' on-time delivery.
•Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in the Automotive/Aerospace industry related to CNC Plate Plasma cutting or Robot coping
- Mele & Female not over 40 year.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings with a full understanding of GD&T symbols.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Solid foundational understanding of the machining process, including CNC turning, milling, EDM, honing, and drilling.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
