รายละเอียดงาน•Coordinate with customer for claims and complains.
•Quality documents preparation and submission (PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.)
•8D coordinator with customer and internal follow up & investigate with team & update with other plants.
•To Participate on determination of products specific characteristics (Customer touch point)
•Support customer issued, internal issued, incoming issued with external warehouse.
•Support during trial event, inspection report, sample submission & co-check.
•Monthly report to customers (Inspection report)
