Industry: Shipping
Working Hour: Mon - Fri with flexible hour
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the hiring process.
• Act as a strategic partner with managers and teams to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide advice on people management aspects such as organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Support employee performance management, including evaluations and recommendations for development.
• Promote and support employee development through training and development programs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น
- มีประสบการณ์ HR 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสัมภาษณ์งานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีประสบการณ์ HRBP
