รายละเอียดงาน
-Reviews 3D designs, engineering drawings, models, and/or samples for CNC machining operation.
-Creates CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam) to support Multi-Axial lathes and 5-Axis milling machines.
-Design and create custom tooling and fixtures for machining and assembly.
-Generate programs, tooling lists, cutting parameters, jigs & fixtures, run simulations and tests.
-Creates work instructions, setup-sheets, geometric data for machinists to follow.
-Communicates with Leaders and machinist who will use the programs.
-Contribute in training & development for CNC department personnel.
-Makes improvements to set up process, improve efficiency and output - reduce setup time, reduce setup scrap.
-Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.
-Follow up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Process & Design functions.
-Review & design machining process to ensure optimal cycle time and eliminate waste.
Work with production team and quality team to ensure all customer on time delivery.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent career development experience in related fields.
- English Proficiency: able to communicate using English language at a technical level.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks.
