รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for HRD such as job description, career development, succession planning, talent management, IDP, company activities, etc.
- Plan and develop training and personnel development activities to enhance work potential.
- Manage the recruitment process, job posting & shortlisting, facilitating interview process and appointment, etc. to find the right talent.
- Provide support with General Affairs (GA) services to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource, HRD, HROD, I/O Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
- New graduate or 0-2 years experience.
- Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with employees at all levels.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva will be advantage.
