Job Description: Consumer Operation Analyst (Wisesight) We're looking for a Consumer Operation Analyst to analyze social media data and provide insights that help our teams make strategic decisions. This role is perfect for new graduates eager to grow in data analytics and social media. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets (around 200,000 data points) to find trends and provide insights. - Manage social media metrics to support internal teams. - Collaborate with other teams to turn data into actionable insights. - Create reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Use social media listening tools to track engagement and user behavior. Qualifications: - New graduates welcome! - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills (background in statistics is a plus). - Understanding of social media behavior, especially in Thailand. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and PowerPoint. - Basic English reading and writing skills. - Familiar with social media metrics like engagement (PowerBI experience is a plus). - Logical thinking with strong Excel skills and a passion for social media data.
