รายละเอียดงาน
-Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment at Bangkok Port with privilege concerned such as Bis19, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone and etc.
-Quotation control (Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customer/overseas agent/headquater
-Resolve problems concerning transporation, logistics systems, imports and exports or customer issues
-Effectively communicate with various cross team members in an effeort to problem solve and provide our customers with a high level satisfaction
-Direct Customer Service with new and current customers
-Accomplish other job related duties as assigned from Manager/Director/MD
-Negotiate transportation/ sub-warehouse/ sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service
-Control all staffs to follow company rules and compliance the policy
-Analysis causes of problem and find out the methods to be proper and correct
-Cost & Expenses control in team
-Consider the necessity of equipments, materials and tools to support the operation team
-Check safety rules and work procedure for safety work in work place
-Analysis causes of accident, provide the corrective action and approve accident report
-Propose solution report to customer and management
-Giving an advise to customer for special export packing securing & design
-Cross border / In transit service control
-Direct report to Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, over 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in business or related field
- At least 5 years experience in management and logistics related fields
- Experience in import, export, supply chain, government authority (tax provilege & custom formality)
- Experience on negotiating of suppliers related logistics, and issuing quotation to clients
- Experience in coordinating with oversea agent, sales team, customer service
- Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work at odd hours, on weekends and holidays
- Readiness to travel upcountry
- Working experience in machine installation and over-sized cargo handling are advantage
