- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow - Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service - Coordinating and managing outside catering events to ensure seamless service delivery. - Fostering a positive work environment by training, motivating, and developing team members. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet financial goals - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers - Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff and owners to design menus and promotions

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
At least 5 yearsexperience of running an restaurant.
Good command of English
Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination, good problem-solving skill and conflict management skill.
