Section BO/Laser (Supervisor) 1.) Production management & operation control to manufacture the PCB board in BO/Laser Dilling section. 2.) Co-operate with the other section for trouble shooting/operation. 3.) Arrange the job in each group of BO/Laser Drilling section to meet the section target. 4.) Report to Supenisor when find the trouble or problem and work follow as below. 5.) Activities with Company's. Following manager assignment. 6.) Meeting and analysis trouble in process and report to supervise. (Management Level) 7.) Manpower arrangement to find teamwork and meet company target. 8.) Assign job to subordinate and follow up. 9.) Control and follow up 5S , Safety. 10 ) Evaluation chemical for cost down together with QE. 11.) Response to report section result and improvement plan to manager. 12 ) Laser Dilling organization control Improve meet CI 13.) Training and up multi skill BO/Laser Drilling process. Section NC (ASST.Supervisor) 1) Production management & operation control to manufacture the PCB board in cutting/NC Driling section. 2] Co-operate with the other section for trouble shooling/operation. 3) Arrange the job in each group of Cutting/NC Drilling section to meet the section target. 4) Report to engineer, SV when find the trouble or problem and work follow S) Activities with Company's.Following manager assignment. 6] Meeting and analysis trouble in process and report to supervise.(Management Level) 7] Manpower arrangement to find teamwork and meet company target. 8) Analysis and monitoring process cost 9.) Create system for control order sub material and trainning operator 10.) person in charge for improvement stock sub material and cost down 11.) Improvement efficiency auto reshape machine. 12.) Training technician for control stock sub material
