I.Strategic HR Partnering: • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals. • Guide talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning. II.Employee Relations: • Address employee concerns and foster a positive working environment. • Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. III. Talent Development: • Work on performance management, succession planning, and employee training programs. • Identify skill gaps and suggest development initiatives. IV. HR Policy Implementation: • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). V. Data-Driven Insights: • Use HR metrics to advise on productivity, retention, and overall employee engagement improvements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
