Tasks & responsibilities
1.Establish and implement logistics quality management processes to ensure the effective and rational handling of quality issues;
2.Monitor the execution of logistics on-site processes, coordinate with quality-related departments, promptly propose improvement suggestions, and follow up until completion;
3.Responsible for the preparation, verification, execution, and updating of technical documents and operating instructions to ensure a closed-loop system;
4.Break down and refine quality objectives, propose feasible solutions, and promote the achievement of quality targets;
5.Collect, analyze, and summarize logistics damage data, and track and verify quality improvements;
6.Improve the quality monitoring system based on input from various complaint channels;
7.Manage, implement, guide, and inspect process control, ensuring that technical process documents are effectively executed in production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, automotive, industrial engineering, or quality management;
- More than one year of relevant work experience;
- Must possess knowledge of automotive logistics and quality control;
- Proficiency in computer software (office software and AUTO CAD preferred);
- Mastery of quality management tools and methods, with the ability to apply them to solve real-world quality problems;
- Strong writing skills with the ability to independently draft quality analysis reports and other technical documents;
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly;
- Proficiency in a foreign language; Chinese or good English skills are preferred.
