Job Summary:
We are looking for an English to Thai Translator to help with different localization projects. If you have experience translating automotive, engineering, or technical content will be an advantage. Your job will be to make sure the translations are accurate and fit well for Thai-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
•Translate source text into the target language ensuring that the meaning of the source text is transferred, while following the Style-guide, translation memory and glossary as well as client instructions.
•Ensure consistency with terminology, glossaries, and client-specific guidelines.
•Provide feedback to Project Managers when any questionable issues are found during translation process.
•Manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3+ years of experience in translation/localization, of various content.
- Native fluency in Thai with excellent English proficiency.
- Experience with CAT tools and translation management systems (TMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preferred | Strong knowledge of CAT Tools: SDL, Trados, MemoQ, other CAT and QA Tools
- Preferred | Proofreading skills will be an advantage
