- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the products/services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the customer service system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services to provide better assistance.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, Excel: VLOOKUP Pivot.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
