1. Plan and design manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce production costs without compromising quality. 2. Evaluate process data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and product quality. 3. Assess and continuously improve production processes to minimize waste and increase output. 4. Regularly track and evaluate process performance to ensure production meets established targets. 5. Resolve technical problems related to production processes to ensure smooth operations. 6. Provide training and guidance on production processes to manufacturing staff and collaborate with other departments to enhance processes. 7. Work with Research and Development (R&D) teams to design and test production processes for new products. 8. Ensure that production processes adhere to safety and environmental regulations and standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in process design and improvement in a manufacturing setting (Experience in a specific industry may be a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and quality management systems such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Project management and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with safety and environmental standards relevant to production processes
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
