รายละเอียดงาน
Job Responsibilities:
1. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Participate in the design and improvement of production lines to ensure efficient layouts.
3. Analyze production and process data, propose improvement solutions to enhance capacity and quality.
4. Develop and supervise the implementation of production standards, driving continuous process improvement.
5. Collaborate with production, quality, and equipment departments to optimize processes.
6. Provide technical support to front-line workers and solve on-site production issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related field.
- For non-IE majors, a minimum of 3 years of IE experience in the automotive industry is required.
- For those from non-automotive industries, a degree in IE and relevant IE experience are required.
- Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing production processes, capable of independently managing process improvement projects.
- Familiar with lean production tools and methods (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Language Requirement: Candidates with proficiency in both Chinese and English are preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
