รายละเอียดงาน
•Contribute and implement computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in the Plant in order to minimize machine downtime.
•Control machine downtime and contribute on maintenance spending budget to meet the goals.
•Supervise subordinates to carry out routine Preventive maintenance works and
•corrective maintenance works for machines/equipments and facilities under direct responsibility Coordinate with outside contractors to carry out Corrective maintenance works.
•Analyse machine condition monitoring data and improve reliability of machine.
•Organize and set up development plans, training programs for subordinates to meet their individuals’ potential
•Responsible for planning and scheduling projects to meet the proposed budget.
•Contribute and implement EH&S and Quality program.
•Develop standardization performance and maintenance technology to improve maintenance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering related field
- Least 5 years' experience in food or beverage processing industry: Intermediate English (Total Years, knowledge etc,)
- Production/M&R technology and knowledge, dairy technology, food packaging technology, planning (resource allocation),
- Experience thermal process, NCCS, costing, basic finance, GMP, TQM, SHE, HACCP, management
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, change management, project management, strong communication skills, teamwork
