*Consider only English Resume Version 1. Lead all manufacturing engineering, encompassing capital and process development projects, providing superior technical knowledge. 2. Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team of Production Engineers. 3. Responsible for installation, maintenance and improvement of production lines, managing contractors and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. 4. Implement and manage continuous improvement principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Hold an associate degree or higher, with at least three years of production management experience in sheet metal manufacturing enterprises.
Familiar with various processing techniques for mechanical and sheet metal products.
Familiar with quality control requirements and methods for sheet metal products.
Familiar with workshop operation processes and able to reasonably arrange various workshop tasks.
Have good communication and coordination skills, and be familiar with production planning and control processes.
Possess good communication skills in Chinese or English.
