รายละเอียดงาน
1.Partner with Project Manager & HR Manager to design recruitment strategy to serve project.
2.Manage and responsible overall recruitment processes and support the hiring method included performing reference checks and employment agreements.
3.Screen application and provide potential candidates to the project within the target lead time to complete the process.
4.Maintain Recruitment KPIs: Track and update all recruitment-related reports.
5.Support employee relations management etc.
6.Support Cost management, Invoice & Payments processing and Finance reporting.
7.Other Assignments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in recruitment at Petrochemical Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction companies is highly preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and websites.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
