Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Associate to assist with the installation of machines and contract management. This role requires someone who enjoys working independently and has strong communication skills to liaise with shop owners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Installation – Ensure proper setup and installation of machines at various business locations.
2. Sign and Exchange Contracts – Meet with shop owners to collect necessary documentation and handle the exchange of contracts.
3. Collect Merchant Information – Gather relevant merchant information and return all necessary documentation to the office for further processing.
4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting – Provide minor troubleshooting assistance when needed.
5. Logistics Coordination – Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, document handling, and machine installation logistics.
Location: Work will involve traveling to different merchant locations in Bangkok, with occasional visits to the office for documentation and equipment drop-offs.
This is a part-time role offering flexibility, perfect for those looking to gain experience in operations and logistics management.

- Must own a car or motorcycle for transportation to different locations.
- Ability to work at least 2 times a week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with merchants.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage contracts and documentation effectively.
- Responsible for transporting documents and equipment safely to the office.
