รายละเอียดงาน1.Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment plans for the T project, carrying out recruitment, interviewing and hiring (campus recruitment, special recruitment, etc.), building a talent pool, making good preparations for various types of talent resources, and continuously optimizing and improving the recruitment process and system;
2.Develop recruitment channels (self-recruitment/suppliers), regularly review and evaluate the recruitment results of each recruitment channel, and effectively control each channel;
3.Responsible for basic employee relationship management such as signing contracts for new employees, handling entry, transfer, and resignation, stamping, system maintenance, and doing a good job in employee file management (online and offline);
4.Responsible for the implementation of training management work (including but not limited to new employee induction training and employee general skills training);
5.Assist in carrying out activities to improve human efficiency (birthday parties, company team building and other human efficiency improvement activities);
6.Assist in the management of work visas for foreign employees;
7.Other matters assigned by the leadership.
