รายละเอียดงาน•Manage all regulatory and compliance matters, including reporting to and maintaining communication with relevant local authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC), as well as the parent company.
•Assist with regulatory and compliance aspects related to establishing the business in Thailand, including company setup (Note: Thai private banking operations are scheduled to begin next year).
•Develop, update, and implement a risk-based local compliance monitoring program, proactively identifying regulatory gaps or compliance weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions.
•Monitor regulatory developments, assess implications, and implement new or amended regulations and compliance policies to effectively address, manage, and mitigate changes.
•Serve as the subject matter expert in Thai private banking and compliance, including AML/CFT matters.
•Provide advisory support on due diligence for Thai private banking transactions and local compliance-related issues.
•Offer guidance to private banking business units, both locally and regionally, on compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring activities.
•Conduct compliance reviews in line with the compliance work plan, including post-trade monitoring, e-communication surveillance, gifts and entertainment, and personal account trading.
•Provide induction training for new employees as required.
•Participate in ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed
