Role and Responsibilities: The role & responsibility of a Receiving Supervisor is to ensure the accurate and efficient receipt of all incoming goods to the business premises. This encompasses coordinating supplier arrival schedules, overseeing the physical processes starting from unloading to appropriate storage, and meticulously verifying quantities, quality, and supplier service standards. Moreover, the Receiving Supervisor is accountable for managing inventory control systems, validating purchase orders and packing lists, and facilitating timely processing of subsequent operational procedures in accordance with safety regulations. Additionally, they provide supervision to a team comprising receiving clerks, operators, and leaders, ensuring meticulous documentation, storage, and handling of goods." Duties: •Manage day to day receiving department staff to accurately log, check, and record incoming goods. •Ensure staff adherence to established policies, procedures, and work instructions through training and oversight. •Investigate, inspect, and resolve receiving discrepancies, addressing damaged or unusual products or process promptly. •Conduct effective quality, quantity, and service level checks on incoming shipments, providing periodic internal KPI performance and feedback reports to suppliers. •Oversee Value Added Service (VAS – knitting, labeling, repacking and etc ) activities in line with demand timelines. •Address and provide concrete action from customer inquiries or complaints related to receiving tasks. •Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment through operational development programs such as 5S and Safety patrols. •Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers through collaboration with production and related departments. •Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance receiving efficiency and reduce costs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse environments, with a focus on inbound activities.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing procedures and conducting external operational audits.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and the Microsoft Office suite, with proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and assess staff performance effectively
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including late evenings and weekends, based on operational requirements.
