รายละเอียดงาน
- Prepare purchase orders to suppliers upon receiving of P.R in ERP system.
- Track shipping schedule , shipping documents from suppliers until arrival of shipment to ensure
Liase with shipping brokers for customs clearing process.
- Prepare all required / necessary documents for clearing process if needed.
- Liase with outsource warehouse to inform them on the arrival of goods as well as be informed on the condition of goods before entering to GR & AP in ERP.
- Update order status in ERP system as well as verbally update with Product Champion and CS team properly to ensure customers are well informed and delivery are met timely.
- Check HS Code and Import duty before importing new products.
- Identify and select shipping agent for Ex-Work and FOB term.
- Handle arising complaints with suppliers in case of arrival product has physical damage.
- Coordinate with account and finance to ensure payment is done on time.
- Recheck billing from shipping agent before passing to account and finance for payment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Logistic & Supply chain.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Good Command in written and spoken English.
- Able to use ERP
