สถานที่ปฏิบัติงานKey Responsibilities:Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financing partners.Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.Sales Management:Oversee and manage sales performance within the financing channels.Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets specific to financing partners.Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.Market and Channel Analysis:Monitor changes and trends within the financing market and channels, with a focus on the mobile phone industry.Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.Provide insights and recommendations to adjust strategies based on market conditions.Problem Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in financing relationships.Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategies and objectives.Conduct training and workshops for internal teams to enhance understanding of financing products and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in account management, preferably in the mobile phone or financing industry.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance metrics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
