Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues on the platform to ensure optimal functionality.
- Create and implement features for diverse platform applications.
- Ensure the platform runs smoothly, maintaining a stable and consistent user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, customer service, call center, testing, and development teams.
- Facilitate coordination with relevant external agencies as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality, open to all genders
- Proficient in Chinese HSK5 or above is a MUST
- Good command of English is a big plus
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of performing well in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in technology, eCommerce, or online platforms is strongly preferred
