Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure fulfill headcount with quality and timely. - Understand their staffing needs and job requirements to identify the right candidates. - Interviews to assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates. - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. - Ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process and compliance with relevant regulations. - Update and analyze recruitment data, formulating & executing recruitment strategies and assessment of hiring effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experiences in recruiting field.
Proficiency in Computer literate.
Familiar with all online recruitment channels.
Negotiation, good problem-solving skill and high responsibility.
