Position: Capital Market Operation Team
Salary Range: 35,000 – 40,000 THB
Days of working: Monday - Friday [08.30 am – 17.30 pm]
Location: Muang Thai - Phatra Complex Office Building. 250 Ratchadaphisek Rd, Khwaeng Huai Khwang, Khet Huai Khwang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10310 [MRT Sutthisan]
Contract type: Outsource by PRTR 1 Year (Extension based on performance and Up to Permanent)
Responsibilities
- Record and settle daily investment transactions into HI port system i.e. fixed income, equites, unit trusts, derivatives, structured products, offshore investments managed through private funds and internal fund managers.
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipts.
- Monitor and record corporate actions.
- Manage the mark-to-market process and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy.
- Reconcile daily and monthly reports received from asset management companies and custodians.
- Coordinate with custodians for securities delivery and settlement.
- Send data to Oracle ERP for monthly financial statements closure.
- Provide information and reports to internal departments such as the Accounting Department and fund managers.
- Prepare and consolidate reports for the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) and Bank of Thailand (BOT).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, and Banking or related fields
- Minimum 1-year experience in fund accounting from an asset management company
- Holding an Investment Planner Certificate is an advantage
- Proficient in English including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Computer-literate in software programs especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal relations
