รายละเอียดงาน1. Develop new customer lead, achieve sales goals to enable the increase market share in country.
2. Learn the products assigned and articulate the knowledge for productive business output independently.
3. Maintain a good knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and the policies.
4. Monitor market trends and competition and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve upon budgeted results.
5. To prepare sales activity reports weekly, follow-up with a strategy action plan and feedback on competitors’ activities
6. Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
7. Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
8. Oversee the internal sales administration and monitor Rental fleet’s activity / condition.
9. Provide sales presentations of our full range of product to potential & existing customer accounts to evaluate their needs with best solution and promote our products and services.
10. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing activities/ event/ webinar
11. Preparing and negotiating all contracts/ terms of business with prospective clients.
12. Maintaining client records in CRM (Sales Force) for all activities effectively for reporting and quotations.
13. Submitting sales contracts with purchase order and deposit if required
14. Follow up with monthly collection / dues from customer
15. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
16. To coordinate with Service Operation Team, Sub-Contractors, and customer to ensure equipment arranged are inspected, recorded, maintained till end of lease.
17. Respond to customer inquiries/ emergency relating to rental services to resolve any issues and concerns
18. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
19. Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
