รายละเอียดงาน1.Organize training (send invitations, PR, establish locations, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials and others)
2. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programme using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones.
3. Using knowledge of various training techniques, determine instructional methods most appropriate for each situation, such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, computer-based training, or web-based training.
4. Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
5. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and expected learning outcomes.
6. Maintain appropriate records of training and development activities.
7. Preparing and submitting all documents to Labour’s Skills Development based on legal requirement
9. Perform other related responsibilities, as directed
