รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
• Formulate strategies for the market approach within an allocated strategic business area and be responsible for implementation
• Lead sales team to achieve sales and profitability target set to increase market share /sales in Thailand through maintain and enhance existing business and develop new business/ new application, retain existing customer and expand more customers, strong market knowledge product knowledge and customer knowledge.
• Build up strong relationship with suppliers and key customers to maintain and increasing sales
• Be responsible for reports eg. Monthly Operating Report (MOR) Supplier Marketing plan, Supplier Business review, Annual Sales Budget including overall strategic planning as well as key accounts business plans
• Improve working capital management (inventory, account receivable, account payable) so as to increase company profitability
